    Hi,

    I have seen many threads on this error but none have been able to resolve the issue I am experiencing..

    I have downloaded a slider from the templates https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-fullscreen-slider/ but I can not install any of them at all..

    I have tried multiple sliders and they all have the same issue. Tried to “import from slider” and “Add slider from template”. I also tried the local and online functions within the add from template function..

    All plugins and theme are up to date and the only plugin that is present outside of the standard ones with the theme is the Yoast SEO plugin.

    Are you on Mac? Please check this https://wiki.umbc.edu/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=31919091

    The zip package became invalid when Mac do that, at least for slider zip package. Please import the original and non-processed zip package.
