wbgTHEMECOParticipantI’m using the Integrity 5 stack and would like to know how I get the ‘slider below masthead’ to be full width (edge to edge in the browser window) while still having the body copy in a container of 1200px (as specified in the customizer settings area of the theme).

wbgTHEMECOParticipantSome screen shots to show my layout settings and how the slider currently displays. Its full width to the max size of the website but I’d like to get the slider to be edge-to-edge in the browser.

RadModeratorHi there,
That’s only possible with custom development, and given by the current structure then it’s not an easy one. You have to create your own structure for the header part to make it blend with other existing structure. Though, I’ll add that as a feature request.
About the slider, you can its slider layout (Slider settings section) to Full-width and it will ignore the container’s width. Your slide layout is currently set to Auto. https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#slidelayout
Thanks!

wbgTHEMECOParticipantI flipped the slider over to full-width but it still is contained. Is there another setting I should toggle for the slider?

ChristianModeratorPlease give us the URL of the page where you’ve set the slider up so we could take a closer look.
Thanks.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Click Edit Page on your WordPress Top Admin bar
Once you are on your wordpress classic backend editor, just below the blue update button, you will find the option:
Page Attributes > Page Templates > Select Blank No Container Header Footer.
Hope that helps,
Joao

wbgTHEMECOParticipantAh, but that changes the content area to no container as well, not just the header and footer. I’ll put this on the back burner for now until I can dig into the child theme and custom templates a bit more.
thanks
