    hi there,

    Having an issue with the video ID for YouTube area on the slider revolution. It’s not allowing me to delete the value that is their and replace it with a new YouTube ID number. I can’t delete, modify or edit this value once its been added.

    Hi there,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    X theme is freshly installed, nothing else had been added to apart from cornerstone and slider revolution.

    hi Christopher,

    I have emailed the credential but right after i posted the above question, i used Chrome and it let me edit but Firefox still won’t, even til today!
