Hi, been getting some complaints from customers about the “above masthead” video not playing when you go the this site http://www.snowyowltours.com I did notice yesterday when I logged into it that the video was not there and only the background image was there. I deactivated it, saved and then re-activated and it worked, I thought that solved the problem. It’s been running for months with no problem.
I think there was an update recently, wondering if that’s the problem, could you look into it for me? I have no idea what the problem could be:) Thank you.

What’s the current version of your Revolution Slider plugin? We also pushed a recent update (v5.3.0.2) to fix some of the issues reported recently. Also make sure to clear your cache before testing an update.

Thanks for the updates. Upon checking, it turns out that you are using WP Super Cache. Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
