    At first I get notification that Slider Revolution and White Label plugins have updates available, but automatic update is unavailable for them. I needed Slider Revolution but clicking on link in the admin bar says page not found. So I try to manually update and it fails. I deactivate then delete it from plugins then goto X Addons to reinstall and I get no package provided. Please help I am running a deadline. See screenshot of the error attached.

    (Ditto happening for White Label plugin though that does not hamper my productivity)

    Hey there,

    Please try revoking your license and then re-validate using the steps outlined at https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/. After that, try updating again. If that doesn’t help, please give us your purchase code or license key and access to your WordPress admin and FTP in a private reply.

    Sweet !!

    It works for both plugins now. What the hell happened there ? Is this a silver bullet fix ?

    Hi There,

    There was an issue where packaged files where not served correctly. Revoking helped refresh the list of packages behind the scenes.
