LSOParticipantSince the SR update a few days ago, different parts of the header have disappeared (text or boxes). I even updated yesterday and the problem still exists. I have cleared all caches on the back-end of my site and even used an incognito window to make sure everything was up to date when visiting my site on the front end. The problem still exists, and I am creating this topic as it looks like many others have had their issue resolved; mine is not. Do you have any suggestions?

JoaoModeratorHi Jeff,
Try to reorganize the timeline of your layers on Revolution Slider, simply re-lesect and choose same timing again.
Theme Punch has update Revolution Slider Engine and I guess this could solve your problem.
Hope it helps

LSOParticipantSo I attempted that, and no change. It’s also interesting to note that the pattern of the text disappearing is not always the same. If the timing was the issue, a simple reset of the timing would work (as you mentioned above). However, after re-selecting, the issue remains and continues to display the text/image randomly (after refreshing multiple times). Any other suggestions?

Rue NelModeratorHello Jeff,
Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
By the way, please manually clear the page cache, object cache, database cache, browser cache and fragment cache in your dashboard, Performance >.
Hope this helps.

LSOParticipantI spoke with my programmer and this is the problem he found:
Looks like there are some JavaScript errors when the revolution slider is loading on the page.
I have checked multiple times the easing animations and durations for each of the layers, and all of them look / work as expected when previewing, but once saved it’s a mixed bag of fadein/out on the client side. I am seeing some errors in the console for dev tools, pictured attached.
Any suggestions?

RadModeratorHi there,
I’m able to replicate it but just within your installation. I tried re-saving and switching some setting but with the same result. There was a similar case and re-saving works just fine, but maybe it’s random.
Before I go further, is it okay if I disable all your plugins and themes, I like to see if this is compatibility related or just a bug within the slider.
Thanks!
