    Hello,

I have been dealing with an issue that when I activate Slider Revolution, it strips the CSS from my dashboard completely.

I’ve done numerous tests and it only happens when I activate Slider Revolution!

    Any ideas!?

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

And please clarify how can we replicate the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hello There,

Thank you for providing the detailed information. I have activated Slider revolution and I could not replicate the issue. This is what I am seeing in your dashboard and your homepage:

What you might have experience maybe just a caching issue. Please clear your browser’s cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode or private browsing mode.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for checking that out. It happens on two of my machines. and happens when I even clear caches and switch browsers too.

I’m going to chalk it to my host or my ISP at this point because even i’m having a hard time reproducing it!
