    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Even I and many others have the same problem.

    We do not see anything and the Support sees everything.

    But what happened to RS !?

    🙁

    @kaizan, please provide a screenshot of what you’re getting from browser developer’s console. It’s working too on my end, not sure why it’s not working on your end. And please try private browser feature while testing it.

    @president75
    , would you mind providing your site’s URL? I don’t have any issues on my end after updating my RS.

    Thanks!

    Hello Steve,

    Thanks for providing the information. I have done some inspection and found out that the images of your sliders does not exist. It has the url of your staging site. Please see it here: http://prntscr.com/cy5hd6

    You must edit your slider and make sure that the image path is correct. Perhaps a search and replace would help. Please search for https://833.cb6.myftpupload.com/wp-content/ and replace it with https://competeacademy.com/wp-content/

    Hope this helps.

    @Rad

    I have attached the screenshot as you requested. I tried this in private browser mode and the problem persists.

    1) I cleared the browser cache
    2) I flushed the cache through GoDaddy
    3) I deactivated all third party plugins
    4) I tweaked my sliders and saved them again

    Still my sliders aren’t showing!

    This problem has persisted for days now! How do we solve this?? Why is it taking so long to fix?!?!
