well it’s still doing it…in a way….if you go to entertaincapiatl.com and if you hold your mouse of the middle of the page (what is the slider revolution created slide) the pause option and player controls appear. Though if I move my mouse off of the video background area (it’s full screen) the player controls vanish.

I just want there to be no player controls…as it’s a background video on a loop. And it seems that if I make a video a background, and not as a “video layer”, which it is now, I can’t control the looping.

Thank you for the clarifications! Please edit your slider and make sure that you have turned off the controls in the video settings. Please see the screenshot below:

Ah OK….missed that! Thank you.

However, the player controls (progress bar) is now off, now that I have turned ON “Hide Controls”….but the Pause button still pops up in the middle of the screen…sort of intermittently. Is there a separate control for the pause button? It doesn’t even work if you try to click it.

It’s appearing right by the I in Capital on my slide.

Hello There,

Thank you for the updates! To remove the pause icon in the middle of the video when you hover the slide, please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

.site .tp-caption:hover .tp-video-play-button {
    display: none;
}
