    Dear X-Theme Team,

    the Slider Revolution Plugin disappeared on my homepage.
    Frontend & Backend
    I can not reinstall it under extensions!
    “Error encountered. Details – Folder already exists”
    I need help quick – the page as it is right now is a mess!

    How could this have happened?

    Hi There,

    I am not sure how that happen, but it is a easy fix.

    Login to your hosting account via Cpanel or FTP and delete the Revolution Slider Folder. ( Check before if it is empty) If it is not empty, change the name of the folder, and keep it there jut for safety measure, if it is empty just delete i, and you will be able to install it again.

    To install simply go to Wp-Admin Dashboard / Addons / Home

    Your Revolution Slider information is stored on the database and not in the plugin folder so I believe as soon as you re-install it you won´t even lose your slides.
