milanabo31ParticipantHi,
I have a major issue with the Slider Revolution plugin.
I created a slider and it works perfectly on the preview. But when I add it to the page in Cornerstone, all the slides are plain white except for the last one. Moreover, when I try to look at the webpage in the browser, the slider simply doesn’t displays. Is this something you can help me with?
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
Maybe your code is incorrect or need valid API Key for Google Map as I can see errors on console – http://prntscr.com/buunis
However I have tried to assign the slider Above/Below Masthead which is working fine; see “Slider Test” page. So if you need to place them within content, let’s follow the errors and you might need to use a valid API key.
Cheers!

milanabo31ParticipantHi Rupok,
Thanks for you answer.
I did see the errors, but as I never changed any code on it (created the slider with Slider Revolution panel and placed it with Cornerstone), I don’t even know how to correct them. Plus I can’t understand why I get these errors as I didn’t change any code as I just told you.
If the issue is related with the API Key, I know how to get one but where should I put it once I have it ?July 20, 2016 at 3:56 am #1094994
milanabo31ParticipantLittle update, I might have firgured out the errors but I can’t find the file where they occur to fix them.

LelyModeratorHello There,
We’re glad for the update. Would you mind sharing us the errors found so we can help you?

milanabo31ParticipantHi, second update now. I manage to fix these errors by switching the “Insert JavaScript Into Footer” option to “On” in the Global Settings of Slider Revolution.
So now I see the slider on the page, but the slides don’t display. And when I edit the page with Cornerstone, the slider isn’t displayed and I only get a grey area with the Revolution Slider logo in the middle.
See the attached files for the new errors. So I guess the only issue now is that the slider doesn’t work with Cornerstone.
Thanks 🙂

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how this goes!

milanabo31ParticipantWell actually I just made a slider using the Slider element from Cornerstone and it’s working perfectly, so I’m probably going to stick to it instead of loosing time trying to fix that buggy Revolution Slider. I don’t even need all the features from Revolution Slider so that’s fine, I just needed a simple slider.
But thanks for your help anyway!

LelyModeratorYou’re welcome!
Glad it is working now for you.
Cheers!
