Gee RParticipantHi all,
I have the dreaded Slider Revolution jQuery issue. I’ve looked back through earlier posts but still haven’t been able to address the problem.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Disabling all plugins except CornerStone
- Loading the Rev Slider js in the footer (RevSlider Global Settings)
- Enabling “no conflict” mode in the RevSlider settings
- Enabling the “js into <body>” option in the RevSlider settings
- Deleting and re-installing the RevSlider plugin
If I change from X to the WordPress 2016 theme, create a new blank page, and add the RevSlider shortcode: then the RevSlider works correctly (even if all my existing plugins are enabled).
There is no 3rd party caching plugin installed (since the web host is wpengine) and the RevSlider preview shows the assets rendering correctly. I’m running the latest versions of WP, X, and CornerStone.
Your help on this would be greatly appreciated. The next post will include URL and WP login details.
Thanks in advance.

ChristianModeratorHey Gee,
In your Slider Settings, I enabled Put JS Includes To Body and your slider now shows up.
Hope that helps. 🙂

Gee RParticipantNope – it’s still screwed up at my end. Cleared browser cache on Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Chrome and Safari don’t even render the assets, and with Firefox and the slider’s still messed up (see screenshot attached).
Please advise.

RadModeratorHi there,
Should be working now. I changed your global settings to include libraries, not from the footer.
Thanks!
