    Hello X team,

    I’m having a problem with Slider Revolution.

    The slider i use to show Instagram is giving a error:

    error failed to load stream

    Can’t figure out what’s wrong. Is it a token problem?

    The slider has worked before. It started giving this error without any change from my side.

    Hello X Team

    I got myself a new token at Instagram. But I can’t find where to reset in Slider Revolution. If I try to edit or make a new slide it will only allow me to fill in the Instagram User Name.

    Hi there,

    It’s already reported as a bug, though, I may able to set your API key for you, but not 100% sure.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – API Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Though, it can fail sometimes due to API Configuration. You may provide your Instagram login credentials where your App is installed.
