After THREE e-mails with your support staff (leading me in circles), I am now opening a thread hoping that SOMEONE will answer my questions NOW…

I am getting the same error code as everyone else: Failure to upload due to a header issue. I have READ the previous forums about needing to use the FTP set-up. I have unarchived the files as you told others to do. But now I’m running into the issue of when I do that, it presents me with folders upon folders inside folders of information. Which folders exactly am I supposed to upload of the slider revolution plugin? Am I supposed to do every single one manually? Will WordPress recognize that?

I’m operating on a Macbook Pro 10.5.6 so my browser is not the newest. I would APPRECIATE IT if someone would FINALLY get back to me instead of giving the run-around with forums and ‘knowledge base’ pages that have NOTHING to do with my issue. You have NO idea how frustrating it is to feel like no-one reads your e-mails or cares about your experience.

    Hi Hilary,

    Thank you for posting in!

We don’t entertain any issue or technical queries through emails, the best way to be connected with us is this forum 🙂

Once your extracted your zip X package, you should see a /x/ folder.

Then from that extracted package, navigate to this folder /x/framework/plugins/ and get revslider.zip.

Extract revslider.zip again and you should get /revslider/ folder.

Upload that whole folder /revslider/ at your ftp folder under /wp-content/plugins/ then activate it in Admin > Plugins.

If still confusing, you could provide admin and ftp login so we could do it for you.

    Thanks!

    Hi Hilary,

    What’s your website URL? e.g: http://yoursiteurl.com ?

Where did you hosted it? Ask your webhost technical support to get the FTP details of your site.

    Hi Team,

Thank you for your reply but I managed to get that particular problem handled. I appreciate your time!

I do have a few more questions that I submitted to the forum under a different thread about lightbox. I look forward to receiving your wisdom regarding the pickles I’m in!
