    Hi Guys,

    I have created a landing page using Slider Revolution with a YouTube video as the background…

    Looks great at https://rKade.uk.com on desktop etc, but was having issue with the display on mobile, the logo was well right of the screen so it wasn’t visible.

    So I have temporarily put a black overlay as a background to hide the video and for it to look better on mobile.

    1) Is it possible to force a YouTube slider to contain itself inside mobile view, so all the video is visible?
    2) Can i disable to YouTube video in mobile view, because it’s still playing in the background at the moment, just not visible because i have placed the black overlay on it 🙂

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! By default, the video will be automatically disabled in mobile screens. Video is bandwidth extensive and may not be good for phone subscribers. To make sure that you have set up the Youtube video in your slider properly, please check out the documentation here: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/main-background/?tab=youtube

    Hope this helps.

    Ok I understand that 🙂 Thanks.

    How about the hover effect not working at all? Seems strange to me…

    Hi,

    I went ahead and added a code for the hover.

    body .rev_slider a.my-text:hover {
       background-color:transparent !important;
       border:2px solid #9b59b6 !important;
    }

    Kindly check on your end.

    Thanks
