    Hi Julian,

    Could you explain with more details the issue you are facing?

    From what I could explore you have just on slider on Revolution Slider and that is the one you have on your home page.

    yeh sorry for my lacking description: when I want to add a new slide in a page i do: modify->add slider revolution content-> and here I’m blocked and I can’t select my slide…Yes sure I can add the shortcode directly in the page…but why it doesn’t work? thanks

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi There,

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    No 🙁 nothing changes…I want to add the grid from GRID and the page is blank, and in ESS. GRID I can’t save the project…

    I’d like to check your setup but the given credentials are incorrect. Also, please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins including your caching plugin.
