mevans1576ParticipantThe issue that I was experiencing was that the admin tool bar disappeared while I was viewing my site. I went through a full trouble shooting exercise and determined that it was the Slider Revolution plugin that was causing the issue. I disabled the plug-in and everything returned to normal. As a result of this error I had to redo all of my sliders using an alternate tool.
I realize that you do not typically support 3rd party plug-ins but I am hoping you can assist given that slider revolution is a part of the x-theme bundle. I do not have an individual license for slider revolution as I got it by purchasing x-theme so I am not sure who else to reach out to for support other than this channel. Is it possible to for you to reach out to their support team on our behalf?
Thanks,
Mike

mevans1576ParticipantOk thank you for testing. I will run some more tests to see what may have changed. I know for certain that it was that plugin that was causing the admin bar to disappear. I am not sure why it worked for you now. I will report back if I see the issue again after I test.
Thanks,
Mike
