    Hi,

Could you please report to the Themepunch that slides in Slider Revolution can not be named in Cyrillic symbols. That means that I can not really use their names when making sliders. Every time I try to rename slides in symbols different from Latin it says that the name of a slide can not be empty. Look at the example.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Can you please check this guide first (https://www.themepunch.com/faq/use-fonts-google-fonts/).

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

Yeah, this is all about front end look of sliders but I am mainly talking about back end of the plugin. If to compare it with operating system that actually means that you can not name files (in our case slides within slider) in any symbols which are different from Latin charset. So if slider use these names to show them up somewhere at front end (links, buttons, menus etc.) they will be in Latin symbols (that means untranslatable).

I have just recorded a video to explain what I mean. You can see that after saving changes of the slider and reloading it the changes are not saved.

    Hi there,

Yes I can see that and you need to use plain English to name the slider and alias. We’ll let them know if they can add support to Cyrillic symbols. For now, kindly use English because it won’t be visible anywhere so it’s not really a matter I believe.

    Cheers!

If you do not need them then Yes. But if you want to use them then you need to wait for a fix from Themepunch. 🙂
Thanks for passing this over to the plugin dev.
