sneakyfleaParticipantHello team,
After the last “Slider Revolution” update:
– slider is disabled in Internet Explorer 11
– slider is enabled in Edge, Firefo and ChromeI have no cache programs running and I have also clicked on the “Run Slider Revolution database creation” button in the plugin, any help is appreciated.
Best regards and keep up the great work.

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
These are the errors according to IE
1. Extra “<body>” tag found. Only one “<body>” tag should exist per document.
2. Unexpected “</body>” or end of file. All open elements should be closed before the end of the document.
3. Unexpected token.
4. Failure at Loading:revolution.extension.parallax.min.js on Path://www.suburbanliving.co/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/extensions/And when I validate it, it confirms these issues https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.suburbanliving.co%2F
Other browsers will try fixing the malformed HTML and add closing element automatically but not in IE. It consider the bad HTML markup as error too.
Before we continue, please fix your HTML content and put proper closing and opening according to the validated result.
Thanks!

NicoModeratorHi There,
This errors is quite a technical problem. We could not guarantee any help on it however, you could try checking for plugin conflict to reduce the numbers of malformed HTMLs. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please, try to reinstall also your revolution slider. Latest version supported or compatible with X theme is Revolution Slider: | Latest Supported Version: 5.3.0. Remove your slider revolution in your plugins then reinstall it again using X adds on.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
