slider revolution – 5.2.6

Slider Revolution worked last week when I made change to text.
This week when I edit text there is a 40 second delay when I click on save and then Ajax Error!!!
Thoughts?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look on the details of the ajax error? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Revslider with issue

I have tried to edit a bit and save and was working fine. Would you try again clearing your browser cache and cookie?

Hello,

1) Cleared browser cache and cookies.
2) Edited text and saved …experienced 40 second delay and Ajax Error!!! error
3) Deactivated and deleted Slider Revolution
4) Installed again from X Addons
5) Restarted pc. Cleared browser cache and cookies(google chrome).
6) Edited text and saved …experienced 40 second delay and Ajax Error!!! error

Other thoughts on what might be causing this?

Hi there,

I have tried again and the slider was saving fine. Might be something on your end. Would you check froma different device if possible? As I can’t replicate the issue; can’t suggest anything.
