    Hi Themeco Community,

    I bought X Theme, which came with Slider Revolution and unfortunately it is no longer working. Now, it says “Not Activated”, but I don’t have a purchase code to activate it since it came with X theme. How do I get it working again?

    Hi Adam

    It is normal for the plugin to say “it is not activated” you can just validate it if you purchase it seprately, but anyway your plugin should work fine, the version that comes bundled with X cannot be “activated” but it has 100% the same functionalities.

    I can see some errors on your javascript console.

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
