    Hi:
I have been trying to add a slide, however, when I add the image the image looks very distorted. I have adjusted the size a few times and I still get the same result. I think that I have to adjust the frame within the actual slide in Slider Revolution. What am I missing?

    Thank you

    Hi

I Changed your settings to 1200px width and your slider to full width:

Your bakground images look fine now, you need to go and adjust every layer so your elements are aligned, I reccomend you using the helper grid that you can find on the bottom right corner of your slider on the slider editor.

    Hope that helps

Well, I still see the image distorted. I am making attempts to utilize the helper grid, however, I guess I am not sure how to use it because I don’t see a change.

    Hi There,

The height of your image (179px) and the height of your slider (868px on desktop) is not proportional.
The background-image by default is set to cover its container (in this case the slide). You can change that settings from the source settings tab (http://prnt.sc/djxpd7), but if you change that to contain or normal and your image is not big enough it won’t cover the entire slide.

What happening now is your background image is trying to cover the entire slide (which is too big for its size), resulting for the image to stretch/zoom. To resolve the issue, its either you resize the background-image size proportional to your slider size or reset your slider height with a value that is possible for your background-image to cover.

    Cheers!
