    Hi there,

    Please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS

    #rev_slider_3_1 .tp-bgimg {
opacity: 0.5 !important;
}

    You can change the value from 0.0 to 1.0 (decimal values)
