HivebusinessParticipantI updated the theme and plugins yesterday and now slider rev doesn’t appear to be showing in Firefox.
Any idea why this might be?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Your slider is loading fine on my end on Chrome and Firefox. Please see image attached, you have chrome on the last and firefox on the right.
I recommend you cleaning your cache and testing again.
BUT, there is a bug with that is happening in a few installations where the slider seems to be failing on some customers website, but not in all computers, as you can see on mine it is working fine. We are working with ThemePunch to solve the issue.
If you feel you have a problem with your slider I recommend you downgrading it to a previous version.
You can download it from the link below, access your site via FTP and go to wp-content/plugins/ , remove the folder RevSlider and substitute for the one contained in the zip file.
You won´t lose anything because all your material is stored on the database.

Hope that helps

HivebusinessParticipantI’ve rolled back the version off rev slider and it’s still intermittently working on some platforms.
Could you provide a place where I can download the previous version of the theme files, or provide another suggestion?
Thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
There should not be any problem with the theme files. The only issue is within the Slider Revolution plugin. The plugin creators is already aware of it and they will be releasing an update soon.
Please bear with us. Thank you for your understanding.
