afungusboyParticipantIs it possible to use one of your theme’s slider/slideshow options for the gallery images on a woocommerce product page? If so what file and code needs changed?

Nabeel AModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Please refer to this thread https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/revolution-slider-problem/#post-103263
Let us know how this goes!

afungusboyParticipantOk, I added both blocks of code from that thread to my functions.php in my child theme and nothing happened. I still only see the prettyPhoto product gallery.
I’m not sure I was clear with my initial request. I want to replace the default prettyPhoto product gallery on all the Woocommerce product pages with a slider that will automatically use the featured image and the gallery images.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Sorry for the confusion. The given forum thread adds a slider but will not replace the product gallery with a slider or slideshow. Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.
Perhaps a 3rd party plugin would help. Please check out the WordPress repository:

afungusboyParticipantOk, understood.
Could the Responsive Slider or Responsive Lightbox shortcodes be swapped out for the Pretty Photo code in the WC product template? If so what file and code needs changed?
My original question was about what other options I have for changing the default presentation of images on a WC product page so if you have other ideas please let me know.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
Please try with this plugin: http://demos.iconicwp.com/woothumbs/product/vest-cube/.
Hope it helps 🙂

afungusboyParticipantThanks but I don’t want to add a plugin to do this–I really want to only utilize the options given in your theme to minimize bloat, maintenance and incompatibilities.
Can you just tell me if it is possible to swap out the Pretty Photo code for the WC product images with either your Responsive Slider and/or Responsive Lightbox shortcodes or code?
It looks like the template files to change are: WOOCOMMERCE/SINGLE-PRODUCT/PRODUCT-IMAGE.PHP and WOOCOMMERCE/SINGLE-PRODUCT/PRODUCT-THUMBNAILS.PHP
