I have a video slide as my last slide on the homepage_new slider.

I have the Next Slide on End under Source Settings set to ON. Yet the slide keeps looping. What am I doing wrong. How do I get a video slide to go to the next slide on end?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Do you want to stop the loop? Then you need to change the settings from Slider Settings > General Settings – http://prntscr.com/cielbe

    Hope this helps.

I don’t want to stop the entire slider from looping. I only want the one slide with the video in it to stop looping. I want the slider to go to the Next Slide once the video slide is done.

    Hi there,

Please check now, but please clear your browser cache before testing.

    Thanks!

    That worked!

I’m getting the following error on the login page now:

Warning: getimagesize(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution in /home/sportslegends/public_html/wp-content/plugins/x-white-label/functions/enqueue/styles.php on line 26

    Hi There,

I believe that it is because of a plugin.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If still not helping, please check the link below:

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

It is a plugin, its the whitelabel plugin, which I believe is a part of your theme’s core plugins. It’s doing it on ALL my sites.

Please uninstall the plugin and install again via Addons. If that doesn’t help, please give us FTP access.

    Thanks.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

Have you tried the above method which our colleague has mentioned to test for a Plugin Conflict? Cause in most cases, a thrid party plugin causes such error.

Give a try and let us know how it goes!

    Thanks for understanding!
