Hi,

I’m using Cornersone. May i ask you if you got solutions for :

1. In the addons manager, installing Revolution Slider leads to an Error message :

“Installing… Error encountered Details – > The destination folder already exists”

2. I set a slider below the masthead on my homepage. I would like to know how to put the slider exactly under the header because at present the top of the slider “is going under” the footer and the top of the image is hidden behind the header.

Thanks for writing in!

1] To resolve this error:
“Installing… Error encountered Details – > The destination folder already exists”

Please login to your ftp and browse to the plugins folder, wp-content/plugins/ and delete the revslider folder.

2] Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
