alex_vinacuaParticipantGreetings,
On other themes, we are used to have the availability of defining a standard size for the images at the product lists, so they are all same size.
It’s always at Woocommerce/Adjusts/Products/Show
Scrolling down, we have “Product images” and we can configure there the Catalogue images, Product images, and Thumbnaails sizes (all of them or some of them).
In this X version we are not able to do this, and so all images are different size on the lproduct list, so it looks unorganized.
You can see what we mean in the actual X theme site at:
http://www.centroortopedicoalmirall.com/categoria-producto/protesis-de-mama/novedades/The old version of the site looks better on the products list using this feature:
http://www.ortopedia-almirall.com/categoria-producto/protesis-de-mama/novedades/We have been searching for updates or add-ons to solve this issue but we didn’t find anything, and in other themes we use it’s activated by default.
Please tell us how to activate this feature to let the site look as well as the original, or better, but not worst…
Thanks!
Beast regards

JoaoModeratorHi There,
The best would be to re-upload the images with the correct standard size.
Hope that helps

alex_vinacuaParticipantThis does not help, because we are talking about more than 600 products. And the feature is available in most of the themes (even in X theme before)…

alex_vinacuaParticipantGreetings,
We did all (I hope) explained in this article and related, but we don’t see the full issue resolved.
For example, we are now able to see the area where the images can be configured as we had before in previous version. We also regenerate all thumbnails as explained, and seems to go well, but we don’t see the result online.
Please take a look to our attached images and the following link: http://www.centroortopedicoalmirall.com/categoria-producto/protesis-de-mama/novedades/
Hope you can tell us something more to complete the process and get a successful result.
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! The images is still the old image sizes. The one you define in WooCommerce did not take effect. Do you have any caching plugin? To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix this issue?
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.
