    Hi there,
I think this is my last question on this site before launch. 🙂
When you look at this page on an ipad and ipad mini portrait and landscape: http://www.ruthgangbar.com/ I would like the images to show the same way they do on a desktop – square and with some space around them. Is this possible?

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean. This page is the Xtheme, made with Xtheme modules. All I want is for the two boxes on this page to shrink so that they can fully be seen on an ipad. Currently they are cut off and overlapping. I have attached A screen shot to show how the boxes overlap and I ideally want them to look like they do on the desktop. Is there a way to shrink the images on ipad vertical and horizontal?

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. As I can see you are using element from Ultimate VC Addons plugin that’s controlling the spacing/width etc. It’s not built with Cornerstone or native Visual Composer. We can’t control the element that’s generating by a third party plugin. So above reply was right although it wasn’t specified. I believe it makes sense now.

    Cheers

Ah, ok. I thought that was an X Theme thing. I get it now. Thanks!
