Hi there X theme team,

Since yesterday I have been getting this warning when visiting my site (www.therosemaryclinic.com):

Warning: Class __PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /home/content/p3nexnas06_data03/22/2190022/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 520

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/p3nexnas06_data03/22/2190022/html/wp-content/object-cache.php:520) in /home/content/p3nexnas06_data03/22/2190022/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1167

Strangely the error does not occur when I visit therosemaryclinic.com (i.e. without www.)

I’ve read the other forum post on this topic (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/site-wont-load-when-i-type-in-www-in-front-of-domain/) and tried restoring a default theme, disabling each plugin and re-enabling them systematically, and the error has persisted. I also tried removing objects_cache.php which did not help.

I’ve been in communication with my hosting service on this issue but so far have had no luck fixing it. I’ve received outstanding support from the X Theme team in the past so thought I would reach out in case you have any ideas.

We’re sorry but we could not help in that case as the issue doesn’t come from X nor its extensions. It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
