Michael WParticipantHi there,
We just launched https://alshamalshriners.org and developed it in a dev area which did not have SSL turned on, and then just after launch, we deployed the SSL certificate, but now the top logo won’t load and and the Customizer won’t let us save any changes.
We had changed the Settings > General > WordPress and Site settings to reflect the https:// change, and I’ve tried re-uploading and applying the logo graphic, and while it shows us the logo in the Customizer preview window, it won’t save it and hence won’t apply it and show it in the browser.
Need some help on this one.
Thanks,

Michael WParticipantOops, my last file upload attempt was too big I guess – attached again at a lower size here.
Further to this – when we look at the code for where it’s trying to get the logo, it’s still using the IP address from the development area, so for whatever reason, it’s not using the updated WordPress and Site settings with the actual domain name. And normally we’d just override that by using the Custom CSS settings in the Customizer, but the Customizer won’t let us save.
Thanks.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Upon checking I can see that your logo is loading fine (https://snag.gy/T0Y9rB.jpg). Could you please try clearing your cache.
With regard to SSL issue, could you please try installing WP Force SSL plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/).
Hope that helps.
