    Good day!

    We moved our site to a new hosting provider. IT wasn’t without any hiccups, they moved around some folders on me.

    In my WordPress updates, I see there’s an update available and it says “Validate X to enable automatic updates. ” When I click on this link, it brings me to X Addons which says “Your site is validated”. When I try to update the theme, I get “An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.”

    When I try to update Revolution Slider, I get ” Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.”

    4.4.1 is currently installed
    WP version 4.5.3

    Any ideas how to fix this and get the automatic updates working?

    Hey Mel,

    Please revoke validation (see attachment) and then validate again using the steps outlined at https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
