experiencedtParticipantHi,
I raised a support ticket with my provider tsohost.co.uk due to slow site speed.
their reply was
Thank you for contacting us.
I’ve gone through the site and tested it from a variety of proxies and it loads quite quickly. Here’s what results I get when testing it from a swedish IP via Pingdom:
https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/dpF3S7/experiencedtraining.co.uk
The server responds in about 105ms which more than good. What you could do is probably set up a longer freshness lifetime for browser caching. You can do this from the .htaccess file.
Every test I have done is around 4 -7 seconds to load.
Is this a x theme issue or is it a host issue?
I have not added anything complex at all, no java and a little css.
This is a report I completed

experiencedtParticipantHi,
I added the gzip code to the .htaccess
Only the homepage would initially load, then nothing and this error
Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0It seems the host is rather slow also, see the attached picture.
Please could you let me know what’s broken as the site is down. (please!)
Strangely the speedtest sites still work.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! There maybe a plugin conflict in your site. I did some search and I found this link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/php-fatal-error-unknown-cannot-use-output-buffering/

Thanks.

experiencedtParticipantHi, I managed to restore the files to last weeks backup. The host deleted the conflicting w3 total cache for me to fix.
The site loads ok now, that said when going to wp-admin I get
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /var/sites/e/experiencedtraining.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

Nearly there!
All this comes from when I added the gzip script to .hcaccess.
Any advice welcome.
