Cornerstone 1.3.3The site displays fine on PC/Mac. When I view the site on my phone it displays template content not actual content.

Please change the display view in Cornerstone and set the section’s Hide based on screen width correctly.
Is there another way to correct the issue? If I hide the information based on screen size I lose over half my sites content when viewed from mobile.

That is happening because some sections of your site are hidden on desktop, so you cannot see them on Cornerstone when in desktop mode. So yu should click on the mobile icon where jade pointed a big red arrow and select mobile view. Once you see that you can delete those sections with the placeholders.
On the other hand, the sections or rows that disappear when in mobile view are disappearing because they are marked to be invisible on mobile so click on them on desktop view and make sure you have all the devices unmarked . For the reference jade has marked with a red square the hidden options.
