    Hello,
    I just got this message:
    “This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”

    The code is linked this URL in my account.

    Could you please help?

    Hi There,

    Please validate your site by going to WP Admin Dashboard > Addons > Enter the purchase code > Press Enter.
