    Hi There,

    We cannot provide an IP, please turn off your security settings in order that we can help, once we have fixed your issue you can turn it on again.

    Weird, We’ve never had this before. I can’t ask an internet provider to shut down their security settings as you might understand. Can you try from another location? We asked another company to log in (situated in Holland) and they also have no problem. I would also be happy to provide you with other info?

    The custom css we used as I noted earlier in this thread

    Hi,

    Since setting navbar position to static top does not work, you can try adding this in custom css.

    
body .x-navbar x-navbar-fixed-top {
   position:static;
}

    Hope that helps.
