    Hi there!

    I’m building a site for a client using X Theme (btw: awesomeness in every updating of the theme! :D). The client asked for a pause in the process, so I left the site half-built for some time. Recently when I tried to access it again, suddenly the site loads infinitely. Every page, even the wp-admin section.

    What could it be? I’ve tried reading some articles in the web, googling the problem and also looking around here in the forum, but haven’t found anything useful. I could use some help from you guys… 🙂

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Upon testing the FTP login credentials, it is not correct would you mind checking it.

    Please share us also the URL of your wordpress and the admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

    Your given site not using X neither WordPress I think. Would you confirm the website is correct and using X?

    Hi Rupok, thanks for the response.

    The brand “MedLab” is in the process of updating it’s website. So, currently, the X Theme site is installed in a sub-directory at the URL I shared with you: http://www.medlab.com.ni/wp. So, be careful: http://www.medlab.com.ni IS NOT running WP neither X Theme; http://www.medlab.com.ni/wp is.

    You’ll also see that if you try to go to that last URL (www.medlab.com.ni/wp), it will simply reload infinitely. If you try accessing it via the given FTP credentials, you’ll also confirm that X Theme is installed under “wp/wp-content/themes”, along the respective Child X Theme.

    So, could you take a look at it and try to check what’s causing the infinite reload?

    Hi there! Forget about everything: the person in charge of the server has found the problem; so, nothing to do with X Theme.
