    Hi,

I published my site a few days ago and whilst it displays fine from most machines, I have asked some friends who work in banks to test access and there seem to be a number of issues and I’m not sure where they’re coming from. This is quite an issue as investment banks are target clients.

    1. Revolution Slider Errors at 2x different banks

Rev Sliders weren’t displaying and throwing the following error in Chrome:

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

    To fix it you can:
    1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
    2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

** Putting Rev Slider JS includes to Body seemed to stop this**

    2. Page displayed incorrectly or CSS not loading in two different Banks (Chrome both times again)

My homepage displays but the formatting is all over the place and looks as if CSS isn’t loading.

    Console errors are multiple:

    Failed to load resource: https://mysiteurl.com
    net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

    3. 403 Forbidden in one of the above locations when using IE

    4. Zulu URL Analyser says my default scripts are “suspicious”

    e.g.

    ../wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4
    ../wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.1
    ../wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js?ver=5.2.6
    ../wp-content/themes/x/framework/js/dist/site/x-head.min.js?ver=4.6.0

and a few more similar scripts it calls “External” ?
    —-

I’m not sure if these are all linked or individual issues but it feels as though there’s a general issue here with getting through tight corporate security. Maybe there’s something obvious I should be doing?

Made the entire site SSL last night but that doesn’t make a difference.

Thanks in advance for any help

    Hi there,

Your site works fine on my end compared to your screenshot, would you mind clearing your browser cache? Or please try it in another machine.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

It works fine one mine and every other ‘home’ desktop/tablet/mobile its been tested on so far. The issue is when people try to access it from inside organisations with strong network policies – eg banks.

    Thanks

I see. This is an issue with your SSL setup though. I see in your screenshot (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/07/13154614/IMG_2856.jpg) that you’re using http. Please redirect http version of your site to https. Regretfully, we could not help in this case as security setup is beyond the theme’s function. It would be best that you seek help from a website security person regarding this issue.

    Thanks.
