    Hello

    I updated the theme and plugins this morning and everything was fine on the web. Now everything is not fine, http://www.lax-a.is, the big image behind the menu is missing and another one with parallax effect further down the frontpage also. I have tried to disable all plugins except Cornerstone and the Visual Composer but that did not change anything. I have a child theme and I also updated that one but of course I had a backup of the functions.php file that I put back in place.

    Can you please help me with this issue as soon as possible ?

    X theme version = 4.6.3
    Cornerstone version = 1.3.3
    WP version = 4.6.1

    Hello,

    I have another problem since I updated Theme X. For example, all content band block (.vc-row) is broken : no padding, no margin, no background, no custom class… 🙁

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    I’m not using CloudFlare but I have W3 total cache installed and disabling that plugin and now clearing all the cache’s has not worked.

    This has something to do with the containers for the images that are supposed to be in the background. The site should look like this one, http://www.lax-a.net/, its another domain but these two sites are almost identical. I have not updated the .net site because I’m afraid it will go into the same fold as the .is site is now in.
