    Hello,

Our site has exceeded its bandwidth several times in the last week even after we have doubled and then tripled our bandwidth. We have contacted the hosting provider and they have said that there is nothing wrong on their end, that it is probably something that has happened to the files themselves. We unfortunately do not have a very recent backup. Currently the site is down after reaching the bandwidth limit. Otherwise, it appears as normal when up. I have read up on how to look through different files but have not found anything after searching. Not sure of the best way to move forward. The site is http://www.nhpresbytery.org. I can provide login credentials if needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This is our biggest client and we really need to get this resolved as quickly as we are able.

    Thank you for any help.

    Daniel

    Hello Daniel,

    Thanks for writing in!

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Please note however that we can only take a look and see if there is anything we can suggest. We might not be of much help though if we can’t find any easy way, just trying to set your expectations. It’s always best to have regular backups to avoid situations like these.

    Thanks for understanding.
