    I’ve just updated the theme on my website (via automatic update, not manually) – and now the site is completely unresponsive: http://www.thesmileclinique.com.au.

    I can’t access the admin login, or the live website.

    Please help!!!

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    I am getting “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” when trying to access your site or wp-admin of it.

    In Then meanwhile would you mind providing us your Godaddy Credentials in a private reply?

    Hi there,

    I have just checked your site and it seems to be working fine now. I was able to login to the admin section and the site is responsive as well when I checked it on a phone. See screenshot below. Kindly check your site and let us know if you are still having issues.
