    Our site broke with the latest version update X Theme 4.6.3

    We use visual composer, but after the update all the formatting and background image on our website homepage are not working.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for updating in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    We have done what you mentioned, but that did nothing. The layout of the pages are off (everything is pushed tight to the left), the button is supposed to be centered (and technically is in visual composer it says that is centered), and the background image isn’t appearing (although in VC it is there). We had to revert back to an old version of the theme.

    Please advise.

    Hi we have the same issue and have tried clearing the cache on the above mentioned plugins and CDN but also no effect. You can see our site here: https://www.getskore.com

    The inner containers are not working, the background images and background colors on the content containers are not displayed. I’ve tried recreating the pages from scratch and it still doesn’t work. Also I have cleared the cache on my browsers to check.

    My site is also a totally disaster and there is no way in hell i can use Visual Composer.
    Please hurry up and make the fix, we are all paying for this theme.
