    Hi
    I’m trying to replace the floral background on the site.

    Im pretty sure I used to be able to set it through the customiser but now I don’t see a way to remove the image.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi there,

    Your password is not working. Let’s check the Customizer > Layout and Design > Background Options. Also check on Customize > Custom > CSS if you added this with CSS.

    Hi There,

    That is your Background Pattern that was set on Customizer > Layout and Design you might not seeing any image there right now. Just hit the select image button if you want to replace/remove it.

    And set a new Background Image or Background Pattern for your site.
