    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

    Hello There,

It seems that the sidebar isn’t displaying after all. No matter I try to set in the customizer or modifying the content layout in your child theme’s functions.php file and still nothing displays. Did you have any modifications to the sidebar.php file in your chidl theme? Would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look at your child theme files?

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – FTP Hostname
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

You have two ‘Aquariums’ taxonomies, one as post category and one as product category. Please rename one of them as this may has caused conflict. Also assign one sidebar to each taxonomy.
If the issue persists, try to activate parent theme and check your site again.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Christopher,

The issue occurs on every category, not just ‘Aquariums’.

The issue still occurs when the parent theme is active.

    Hi there,

Please check, sidebar is now displaying. You have custom wp-sidebar.php on your child theme which only targets the single posts.

    Thanks!
