Is the “sidebar functionality for woocommerce single product pages” available now?
I also want to see sub categories within breadcrumbs.

With both of these missing functions it makes customers hard to navigate within the products.
What is the thinking behind this?

This feature is not available yet, but we can help you achieve it.

Because this requires a template change, I’d advise that you setup a child theme. This allows you to make code changes that won’t be overwritten when an X update is released. After your child theme is setup, please review how we recommend making template changes in Customization Best Practices.

Add following code in child theme’s functions.php file :

Thanks for your reply but I do not have a child theme. The main theme is customized so if I have a child theme i dont know how to transfer the design.
