I read in another post that for setting a carousel we need to configure it as Standard Slider instead of Hero Scene. Now, the first slide of the carousel is the video and the following slides are the images:
I don’t want that. I want a carousel of images in mobile devices, and the video in the rest of devices. Is that possible? Moreover, my mobile device shows nothing (I guess because it cannot load the video which is the first slide).

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
What I did what to simulate the carousel using a gif. With a gif you can either substitute the full video by a repeating small portion or simulate that carousel setting the delay between each slide each 2 seconds (for example).
