hjafferParticipantHi X
I’ve asked about this here before and got an answer, but I don’t think this is the best thing to do so I’m changing my approach to it. I’m trying to show the top footer only on certain pages of my site, not throughout the site. The suggestion before was to use display: none; for where I want it hidden, but now I’m creating a page template for it. It’s better than loading unnecessary code which will affect page load time.
I have created the page template already, and I want to add the top footer widget area permanently to the template but I don’t know how. Would you be able to guide me through this please?
Help is appreciated.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!

hjafferParticipantThanks for your reply and sorry for coming back late.
What I meant to ask is what’s the code responsible for displaying the top footer wedgitsed area. I’m developing the page template myself.
Thanks
