leverpunchParticipantHi,
I’m trying to add a responsive slider via shortcode and enable the lightbox effect. However, I can’t seem to get the lightbox effect to work.
Kindly advise.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in and the very detailed post. The slider shortcode works out. You have added an image in each slide. You still need to add the responsive lightbox shortcode to make it work. Please check out the correct way of using image and lightbox shortcode. You can check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/shortcode-walkthrough-lightbox/, https://community.theme.co/kb/shortcode-walkthrough-image/
Hope this helps.

LelyModeratorHello There,
Thank you for the credentials.
I can see that you have added a shortcode TS-VCSC-Timeline. It was loaded correctly. But then this shortcode TS-VCSC-Timeline content might not support another shortcode. So it is a shortcode inside another shortcode. Please forward the question to the TS Visual Composer Extend developer and ask if the element text_html property supports shortcode. This is a third party plugin and unfortunately we do not have control on how it works. Thank you for understanding.December 13, 2016 at 2:30 am #1290978

ChristopherModeratorThanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
