Hi the team,

Presently, I use Ethos and in “widgets” section, I use this shortcode
[recent_posts count="5" category="evenements" no_image="true"]

Unfortunately, I planned some article for future that are not displayed yet… Do I have a solution that would display all articles with published and scheduled status?

I have WordPress 4.6.1 and X-theme (Ethos) 4.6.2

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Back to your question, please use this shortcode instead:

[x_recent_posts count="4" category="events" no_image="true"]

Please keep in mind that the recent post shortcode will only display up to 4 items, displaying 5 or more items can be displayed but there will be some styling issue since only 4 items is supported.

– Please keep in mind that a schedule item will not be displayed. Once it is published or the schedule item date is released, then it will be displayed in the recent post item. It won’t be a scheduled item is you want to display it already.

Hi Nico,

There is some way to show the scheduled posts using a plugin like this or by these methods.

Bit it’s not an usual feature yet so not included within our Recent Posts shortcode that you are trying to use. You need to implement this manually or with a plugin.

Ok, I’ll use a plugin for that… perhaps in next update I could suggest you to add a new option in your shortcodes “Recent post” allows to display a specific status (published, future, or other…)
