    Hey guys.
    I have a Shortcode or something like that on my Site and i can´t delete it. It comes from the Plugin ConvertPlug.
    On Safari everything is fine, but on Firefox or Chrome the Code is shown all the time. You have an idea whats the problem with this? It´s the inline Code from ConvertPlug.

    It’s because the CSS has no opening <style>.

    Chrome automatically fixes this kind of error, but not on other browsers. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? For the meantime, please try reinstalling your ConvertPlug plugin. And make sure it doesn’t have custom CSS.

    Hi there,

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    The problem is every Plugin on my Site is in use and i need them. Is there no other way to get that message away?

    Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
